How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Neighborstrials Floor Coating deserves fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can contact us about:

  • How a call or message with Neighborstrials Floor Coating was handled
  • How your personal data was used or protected
  • Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
  • The conduct of a provider we referred you to

If a Provider Let You Down

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, pricing, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by raising it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Neighborstrials Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to File a Complaint

Write to contact@neighborstrials.property and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's company name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and the result you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Still Feel Unsettled

If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau in your area. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
